On Wednesday the 22nd June, the overall 'Golden Children' for this year (based on monthly house points) set off on a mystery walk down into Bushmills during lunch time. The children were very surprised and even more delighted when they stopped outside 'Wish Upon a Cake' along the main street.
We were met by Chris who served everyone (aided by Leo on the ice cream stand) with the treat of their choice- a bun, ice cream, lemonade or a milkshake. There were lots of smiles all around as the Golden Children enjoyed their special treat, and they were even excited to return to school to tell their friends and teachers what they had received!!
